What a shame Sandra, that's the problem with us being over here and hoping that the people we think we can trust will get on and do the work they have promised they will do. I hope you haven't paid him up front.

sorry to hear this brenda.this is the last thing you needed at your point of recovery but just remember dont push to get out here at the risk of your health.i will ask round for some numbers and send them you so you can deal direct with them.and if there is anything else i can do as im here all the time you just have to ask and if i can help i will.take care

I know how you feel, my agent told me she new of a husband and wife couple that would come in once a month to clean the villa and tend the garden for £10, sounded great, but when I took my wife out 3 months later to see it for the first time, nothing had been done.
I went down to see my agent and really tore into her, only to find out the the man had been involved in a motorbike accident and lost his arm, I felt terrible.
Now getting in done buy someone else, but is costing me £100 for 6 months just for the garden and the place to be aired, and £24 for an after rental clean, don't know if this is good or not, seems quite expensive to me.
