Renting in Gumusluk

I have recently bought a property in the Gumsan 1 complex in Gumusluk, and am hoping to rent it out next year. Problem is, I cannot find anyone to look after the property ie cleaning, keyholding etc, between rents, and the language barrier is proving a bit of a problem! Does anyone know of someone reliable that is in the area that could help me out? I am also looking for an english speaking carpenter, plumber and marble specialist that can help me with a few things in the house. I would really appreciate some help!!!!!
Thanks!

I have noticed on another site, site fees ranging approx. from £25 to £90 per month, obviously there will be a variance dependant on circumstances, area, size and amenities, there could also be a difference if a local or not,Look around.

I have never heard of sitesi charges above the 30 quid mark - I bet my last dollar the sites where charges are in excess of this they are predominantly foreign owned
