Smile property maintenance in Yalikavak

Greetings to all. I am a new member who is co-ordinating the owners group at a small (14 apartments & 2 villas) site 2km from Yalikavak. We currently have Clover Villa Management looking after the development but the monthly fees for garden/grounds maintenance & security amount to £100 per property.
Does anyone know any other reliable maintenance companies in this area who might be a bit cheaper?

Hi Nicholas and welcome. Wow that is a lot of money, we are paying £40 per month for everything you have and our water and we are just up the road from you in Turgutreis. Sorry I don't know of a company but maybe someone else does. If you don't get any joy I can contact my friends in Turkey for you and ask them if they know of anyone. I think you are definitely paying too too much though.

Hi,
I know that company they are an Irish out fit and they charge too much. tell them youll give them £30. We had them cleaning our villa before we came out and it was rubbish. Typical English/Irish culture of ripping us off.

Regards,

Bryan Sargent

Hi Nicholas, welcome to the Forum. I have sent a PM with some details you might be interested in.
We also have a property outside Yalikavak, we might bump into one another sometime.
Good luck in your search.

Has anyone tried Penisula Property services ?? How do they rate ? We have a property in Yalikavak and are looking for the right services. I was thinking Clover management, but having read the remarks I think I'll give them a miss.

Lynne: You're definitely on a winner there. If you could only dig up some Welsh lineage you'd have a full house.
