We live on a complex of 11 and we pay £40 per month which covers, water, pool, garden, security and site maintenance. Our friend lives on a complex (not sure how many apartments and he pays £16 per month for the pool maintenance.

Re: pool maintainance costs
We are on a complex of some 32 villas and we also pay £40,for sec, gard.pool, and general maintainance. This is in actual fact £35,the other £5 is for a slush fund, which should have been for buying things like, site light bulbs, tools and odds and sods, but I think it is being used to subsidise the TIGHT WADS who don't pay.

Re: pool maintainance costs
Our villa is on a complex of 50 houses and site fees are approx. 400 euro for the current year, but we have been assured that it will be reduced next year. This covers public lighting, bin charges, accommodation and salary for the on-site security man who looks after pool maintenance, grass mowing and general tidying of public area. The owners are responsible for maintaining their own houses and gardens. A few owners don't pay up so it probably covers their share too.

Re: pool maintainance costs
I have a friend who lives on the Salem complex in Altinkum and they pay £140 per annum for pool maintaince which includes twice daily inspections during the season and all chemicals, in the winter the pool is run as you are not meant to drain pools because the tiles pop. I have no connection with the company if you are interested pm me

Re: pool maintainance costs
They are not drained because you have to have the water in to maintain the pressure against the earth and surface water surrounding the pool. If empty, the external force can crack the pool - popping tiles. By keeping the water in the pool the pressure is equalized.
