Cost of filling a swimming pool

Can anyone please advise what the rate charged per M3/tonne to fill a swimming pool? I am asking this because we have recently recieved a bill which we consider to be too much.
Thank you in advance.

Do you mean from a mains supply or water tanker?

Last year I paid £3 per tonne from a tanker, through my agent. I don't know if he was rounding up/taking a cut.

Anyone else got figures?

Sorry, got a well in the garden.....doesn't cost us anything.
got an idea though. If we get a long enough hose pipe and connect it from mine to yours, I could fill your pool for you.
Thats being a good neighbour. I live near Akbuk......where are you?

thats me.........

Greeny, talking to people, most say dont ever fill pools from taps in the house, but get a tanker in, but check the prices first, and work it out.

We have just had our pool emptied, cleaned and refilled from our outside taps, plus pump fixed has it was broke (hence emptying and cleaning) and was charged £90 it isnt a massive pool but not tiny. we were quoted £130 with water from tanker.
