hi........... by bus through marmaris probably 4 hours plus waiting time .. by car 2 3/4 hrs.... best to hire a car at the airport..... taxi 150 ytl plus

If you want to do this route I would say the best option is to hire a car from
bodrum, not a difficult journey, We flew out of Izmir last week 4 hours from
Sogut

hi carol..... 4 hours!!!!!!!!! I heard you can do it a lot quicker!!!! Normally 3 and a bit hours from hisaronu if we dont stop at the superb motorway cafe.
Bodrum is 2 3/4 ..have done it several times going to metro etc..... even quicker from airport

hi joan, well of the thirteen years of going to turkey i so hate the dalaman- turunc transfer even though i have private transfer.. to be honest id pay the extra flight price to get there quicker (not a good traveller).... Tracy

Hi CB Sogut's about 1/2 hour further on past Hisaronu and we stopped
for a pide so yes 3 and a bit if you floor it!  |

Hi, Thanks to all who replied. I do have private transfer, I was asking on behalf of my family of 4 who are charged adult prices for the boys 13 & 15 was looking at cheapest cost for them, so that they could visit Turunc more frequently. I only have to pay for myself so no problem with the cost, though I do like a bargin.
