Ideally you should get property contracts drawn up by a solicitor.
But that can be quite expensive.

If you are just letting for 1 or 2 weeks at a time to tourists.
You could easily do you own contract and booking form.
You can usually find documents for letting out property
at WHSmiths or Staples in the UK.

You need to make sure your property is properly insured for letting purposes.
Do not just get basic contents insurance!!!!!!!!
You should get landlords insurance.

You should also inform anyone staying in your apt
that they should let the local police know where they are staying,
when they arrive and departure date.
