We finally did it
Hi All,
Just an update for you on our home search, we have now paid a deposit on a detached villa in Amos just outside Turunc, it is an old place that needs complete renovation.
We hope to complete the sale by September when we return for a two week holiday, renovations will start in November and will complete in February, so we should have our little place in the sun ready for next year.
Really looking forward to getting back, flights are booked for the first two weeks in September only 9 weeks to go.

CONGRATULATIONS!! Neil and Kerry on your new home, Amos is beautiful and the views are stunning spent an afternoon there afew weeks ago with friends who have a place there also...Tracy

Seems as if youv'e got your work cut out there Neil.
Is it detached in the country with lots of ground, did
you pay a good price for it is it near the sea.
Sorry lots of questions cause 1 day i shall do the same.

Hi Andy,
It is detached but not on a larage plot, infact it has communal gardens and pool but is very private, the sea is about 300 metres.
And yes we feel we got a good deal

Congratulations, Neil & Kerry. Never heard of Amos. Sounds idyllic. Any chance of posting a few photos?
