Apartment wanted this season
Hi
Could anyone suggest any good property rental services in marmaris or know of any reliable landlords. I go to turkey in april and plan to stay till end of oct if not longer. Im wanting something fully furnished that will sleep 3 people minimum as my family will visit
Thanks

Hi Yes Its Tracy,i can have a look for you when i am back there, next month,i have a 2 bedroom apartment myself fully furnished but i am leaving marmaris and going to Kas,but maybe it can still be available,i do have friends English lady Jan she sells property and rents also,i can certainly mail her and ask her,if you give me email address its easier and i can liase with her,as the pound is only 2,300 to the £1-00 you should get something reasonable.I am surei can help,iv lived there for 13 years.

Re: Apartment wanted this season
Hi
If you are selling your apartment I'd be interested in knowing more details etc.
If you'd like to e-mail or pm me, I'd be grateful.
I'll be over in mid April and will be viewing other properties as well.

Re: Apartment wanted this season
Sexy Girl - Im confused by your comment about the £ being 2.3 to the lira and "you should get something reasonable". Most landlords in Marmaris do rentals in Lira so in fact the prices will be more expensive than the same time last year ie 650 lira is £282 whereas last March 650 lira was £232. One of our UK customers rents his place out and ask for the price in TL not £.
Louby - most landlords want at least 3 months rent up front plus 1 months rental for a season rent, especially if you are a foreigner.
