Water Meters - White Houses Amos
Just a word of warning to all fellow Amos White House residents. If you have not had your water meter installed yet, the council is imposing a 900 YTL fine. Apparently, the meters were supposed to have been fitted in January - but as so many owners are summer visitors only, like us, you may not be aware of water meter fine. The approx cost of the actual meter and installation is around 700 YTL. We know of two other residents caught up in this and saw a stack of documents at the council relating to other late registrations.
We have seen nothing from either the site or the council relating to the water meter changeover. Our Emlak was apparently made aware by the site management, but both are pointing the finger at each other, none of course wish to settle the bill!
Oh by the way the council want CASH ... (no card payments)
