Our apartments were completed last year. The builder is still maintaining the pools and gardens for us, but we seem to have difficulty getting things together to set up a proper maintenance plan to take over. We understand that we should all get together, and discuss and vote on any issues. One of the owners has put together a pretty good maintenance agreement for others to comment on, so we do have a starting point, but we need someone in Turkey to manage it, so far no-one has come forward with any names of any companies or individuals who could do it. It is possible that eventually the builder will put someone forward, and this may be the best option,but it would be good to have some choices. Is there anyone there who owns a property in Turunc, who uses someone who would be willing to take on another small complex?

Hope you are still watching this board. We own an apartment in a small complex in Turunc and have it managed very effectively (and I think quite cheaply).
I'm quite new to this forum lark, but if you are able to send me an email I will pass on the details of who we use, if you can't email me, I'll just watch this board for further postings.

We're up the back of the village, near Physkos, in Eksioglu. What about u? How often do you manage to get out there? Were booked for June and last 2 weeks in September but are hoping for a spare week sometime.

Hi Teresa, my place is up by sunset gardens or near petrol station. got to turunc 3 times last year. this year going in july for two weeks and last two weeks of september .i love it there how long have you been going there and how long have you had your place what agent did you use to buy .....TRACY

About 15 months, love it to bits. Mehmet Fidan is doing some work on it at the moment installing extra window and patio doors. Its shown on our website

Hi Teresa, i love your web site keep the piccys coming there great. i actually know who you are now was you there late sept/oct ? seen you in the habbit and on the beach at the surmen. The martin you refer to i think i know also has he a couple of properties with the fidans as hes out there at the moment having a week with his family he emails me know and again on any updates. you mentioned up the hill theres work going on. i know the camera shop and the nirvana have gone whats happening there? my agent is Ali at alpina's same as martins. let me know of any more updates im not out there till last two in july and last two in sept....Tracy
