Thumbs up Dining out in Akyaka

Justine and Mel have moved to a new location.
Information for those of us who have enjoyed their offerings
and an invite to those who have not: Please come,
spend the day in Akyaka, a short drive from Marmaris

Kazan is a homely restaurant and cafe run by Mel and Justine,
only 50 meters from the beach.
Just turn from the jetty onto the road
taking you to the main street, and it's on your left,
right on the corner.
There is a wide selection of both Turkish and English food.

One of the best indicators of quality is to ask yourself
"Where do local people go?" Now you know the answer!

Looking forward to trying the Kazan when we got back in June. The golden roof is still my favorite though

Hello hifi: must agree with you, golden roof great place to dine,
however they were closed for the winter season.
If you give us a shout in June we
will organize a group gathering at the roof.
The Guitar restaurant has now
reopened under the name: Maydanoz..
We missed the grand opening, looking
forward to giving it a try..a change is as good as a rest.

Hello Carol: not too sure of the building referred to..
Could be the one with massive boat in front of across from
the "fish restaurants?
If so, can you believe this is a new residence!
Three family abode..
To each his own as the saying goes..
