Re: Slimline tonic in Maramaris?

The tonic water ( slimline ) concentrate was introduced into a bottle of Uludag , if you are a diehard schwepper you may find it a bit dry. I prefer waitrose slimline tonic and my little concoction compares admirably.

Will be bringing another bottle of concentrate later thus year. Each small bottle makes up 12 litres , enough to keep me happy.

Very pleased to be nursing a g n t at last..

Cannot bear full fat sugary tonic.

Cin cin campers.

Re: Slimline tonic in Maramaris?

Well done Steve and thanks for posting the results of your experiment, it had to be tested upon humans first.
I will pass on your findings to my dearest, it now appears that sodastream concentrate is the new garlic bread, the future !

Re: Slimline tonic in Maramaris?

Although this is not one of my addictions, I am happy to try to help out desperate consumers. Is this Turkish site any use?

Re: Slimline tonic in Maramaris?

immac, brilliant post, thank you. (can someone tell me how I "thank" on this forum ?)

I took a Sodastream system from Argos out in the summer, minus the gas cannister obviously. Sodalife were superb and had a cannister delivered to my house 3 days later. When they incorrectly let the cargo man charge me delivery they refunded me. I even had a refill whilst there, of the cannister and many of the gin and tonics.

It worked really well and I will take out more Sodastream mixers in March.
