Hi everyone going out to turunc in january and looking for longterm lease or rental for minimum of one year must have minimum of 2 bedrooms can anyone give any ideas.

yes its julie and no Ali has not been in touch have decided to rent for 12 months and invest our money and see how it goes

sensible idea.get a feel for the place.turunc in winter is a real eyeopener... i know of some places out my way in hisaronu/orhaniye.. about 350 ytl per month if you dont have any luck in turunc

Hi goldmattymiss here have just sent cb a message on ht forum about schools thanks for the other info on renting but its got to be In Turunc as this is were we will have bar.But have decided to rent and invest money so if it all goes pear shaped we can still come back to england and start again .But it wont go wrong because I have looked into this and drawn buisness plans up till my head is going to explode and on the plus side it isthe type of buisness i have grown up with and worked inside out so now all about long hrs little sleep and good customer service .

hi julie is it only turunc you want long term rental? if your daughter gets in a marmaris school it may be easier for you to commute than her. i may know of a long term rental in marmaris......Tracy
