I'm confused by this thread. This villa is part-owned by Suzi and business partner who is in agreement with the sale and although it is on the books with several emlaks (as is normal practice here) she is simply offering her own property for sale. I just had a look at the site and it seems to have gone now but last time I looked in the summer it was just showcasing the villa.

Anyway the villa is excellent value with lovely views and if you look around the site Suzi you will find some help posts about posting your photos. Haven't seen the villa for a couple of months but bet it's looking good. Good luck with your sale.
