My apartment is still for sale, but not including the furniture any more as I have moved all furniture to my new apartment.
It has still got all the wrought iron, mosquito nets, solar and electric water systems etc.
Price £48,000.00 negotiable

I am happy to tell that as of yesterday my apartment is now sold. It was bought by a lovely Turkish lady, so no problems with the Tapu etc etc
