House for sale near Turgurtreis
I have a 3 bedroom house for sale in the village of Karaincir, it is 10/15 minutes by dolmush from Turgutreis.
The house has 3 bedrooms and is 100sq metres with uninterupted views of the sea and Kos. There is a balcony, garden and off road parking.
The house has a website www.blackfig.info
It is set up in a Turkish Limited co name, we have a good management company for rentals, an english speaking lawyer and accountant.
The area is reknown for it's peace and views.
Any questions please let me know.

Re: House for sale near Turgurtreis
Hi Heyjude
Just noticed but I think your house is perhaps up for rent and not for SALE, or are you actually selling it and showing perspective buyers what they could get if they where to buy it and rent it out, only trying to help you acheive your aim.

Re: House for sale near Turgurtreis
I am happy to rent and it will remain with our agents in Bodrum until sold.
If anyone wants to view and stay I will do them a discount and if they buy knock the rent off the price.
It is in the restricted zone so we have a company that can simply be transfered to a new owner, or if I sell to Turkish people then the Ltd co will be sold separately.
We have english speaking agents, accountant and lawyer.
Happy to clarify any other questions.

Re: House for sale near Turgurtreis
Like many people we are struggling to sell what is a truly beautiful property.
We are considering reducing the sale price by quite a bit as our personal circumstances have changed significantly and we will not be able now to get out there to use it due to family illness.
If anyone is interested please let me know
