If it was in the Bodrum, Turgutreis area it would have sold a long time ago at this crazy low price. I have found this region to have higher prices then most, really don't know why. Maybe because there are so many "Stars" here with summer homes, I don't know. Good luck though, it's a sweet deal!!! Bob
