We are selling our two bed apartment in Datca. The apartment is on the top floor of a three storey block in the Zeytindali complex, Phase 3. The site has a communal pool, garden and at present the use of tennis courts and childrens playground on Phases 1 and 2 of the development which is close by.

The apartment is 80m sq and common features include PVC window frames, laminated wooden floors, a wood coated steel entry door and a ready kitchen with heater and hood. The apartment is unfurnished and has recently been completed

We have a villa in Datca and the area is developing so this is a good opportunity to buy to use/rent or investment.

this is going to sound a bit negative but please take it as constructive criticism

As a prospective buyer I would pass this by very quicky. Why? not informative enough

some things you might consider - photo of the place, interior photo and a shot of the view.

What price are you looking for? (key information that would seem to be)

Have you got the TAPU and a habitation certificate (again these are key bits of information and are regularly debated on the forum)

What are the site fees, and when are they payable?

What information or data have you got to back up the claim that this is a good opportunity for rental or for investment?

A google placemark might also be a good idea

Remember foreign buyers may have no idea what the Zeytindali complex is like.

How far is it to the shops and to restaurants or even the beach

All this really indicates why property takes so long to sell. I hope yours will be the exception and you will get a lot of interest and will sell it quickly

Thank you i am new at this as you can tell!!! I thought by adding pm me, forum users could ask for more info if geniunely interested but didn't consider guests viewing.....so heres some more info.

Zeytindali Complex is in Datca, an hours drive from Marmaris. Datca is a quiet town, the main feature being the harbour area which hosts beautiful restaurants and shops. The complex is managed by a residents committee and the maintainance is 700Ytl per year covering cost of the maintaince man who looks after the pool and the grounds.

We have a Tapu and in terms of rental there are good prospects for rental particularily as a university as opened in Datca recently. We are selling for £45000

Ithink Emerald Lady means it is a Fitted kitchen with all of the white goods in it

Its a fitted kitchen but as I said we have not furnished it so no white goods. Whilst it is a resale property it has not been lived in and was completed in June 07

A little more information about the apartment and were it is located...... Built by
KA-NE construction company who have 20-year-experience in delivering high-quality residents while preserving the nature. The company has built over 100 000 m2 of residents, villas, and holiday villages.

”Zeytindali Pine Houses” consist of 3 phases and totally 95 units that makes it a small village with all necessary social activities . The site provides a peaceful and green environment with a swimming pool, a small lake, a tennis court, a playground, and large green areas.

The common feature of the houses are:

- Safely planned statical project, geological infrastructure analysis and ready concrete use against eartquake
- Interior isolation coating,
- All walls are gypsum plaster with water based painting,
