hello all, this is my apartment i am selling as i now own 3 apartments in dalaman!!!
Its a very large apartment 120m2 not including the three balconies!! it was built 2-3 years ago and is still like new, -----non smoking-----
it is a ground floor apartment, in the picture it is the bottom right apartment,
sorry not put more pics on but there too large to upload? so it says anyway,
i live here all year round with my family, have been here for 2years now!!
decided to sell as the property as its not getting used to its full potential!
its in a nice quite area on the fethiye to marmaris road just outside of dalaman, approx 15mins from airport, 5 mins from dalaman center.
it is on a complex with 15 other apartments all english/scottish owned, our apartment is the only one for sale!!
there are two large swimming pools on the site. walls surround the whole complex with good lighting at nite, also security/maintainance man on site 24/7.
the maintainance for the apartment is £30 a month which covers everything from the pool, gardens cleaning of all outside balconies/stairways, etc
i have the tapu in my name and have all the sitting permits!
it comes fully furnished including satalite tv to knifes and forks including mosquito nets on all windows!
it has two large double bedrooms with wardrobes, draws and bedside tables,and two single beds in the other room with built in wardrobes perfect for a large family with small children,
there is nothing needed for it to either be rented or lived inn!!!
i have more pics available and can arrange subsidised viewing trips for serious buyers inc flights and accomadation at the apartment!!
also fexible payment terms to suit most people

The price quoted for the apartment is all inclusive of military permission,taxes,tapu fees etc.
I would consider sensible offers,also if you would be interested in purchasing the apartment un-furnished.

good luck with the sale
with no estate agents involved there is a saving of at least 3% for the purchaser
and now easyjet are flying to Dalaman there could me more cheap flights on offer

Last year we was flying into Dalaman from manchester in may/june for £80 return! the cheapest to fly with we found are XL.com & Flythomascook.com, as they fly into Dalaman almost everyday from various UK locations! |
