I think I originally put this post in the wrong area, so please accept my apologies for posting it again, but I think this is the correct thread.

I am having to sell my villa as we are looking to emigrate to New Zealand. It is a beautiful 3 bed, split level bungalow (only finished last year), in it's own grounds of 529 sqm (approx), with private swimming pool, totally fenced in with lovely wrought iron gates, grills on all the windows and doors - front door is steel. It is situated just at the bottom of Eski Datca. We have had the garden landscaped and it will be sold fully furnished - so just turn up with your suitcase!
