Re: Private Bungalow For Sale In Yalikavak
Hello there Kenny and Sue
After seeing the pictures of your bungalow for sale I recognised who you are!!
My sister and myself came to see you last June with Malcolm Boanas - I was the one who had spilt water down myself and Malcolm told you I'd wet myself!!
Good luck with selling the bungalow.
Sue

Hi Sue
How did your house hunting go? Hope you managed to find something. As you can see the price has dropped considerably!

Yes, me and hubby Chris have bought in Side and Jo and her other half have bought in Calis Beach. We both bought in those areas as it is flat.
Do you ever hear from Malcolm and Cem. I did email him a couple of weeks ago as he had all his development at Yalikavak for sale on his property site for £275 but he didn't want to accept my offer!!

kenny and sue
Is your place near the centre then? Our holiday apartment is 'in the hills': ( a bit outside of Yalikavak)
You bungalow is lovely I wish we were in a position to buy it, seems a bargain whatever the exchange rate.

Hi Red
Yes it's near the centre. About 15 minutes walk (that's me walking with my little legs!) 20 minutes takes you straight onto the beach. Roads are flat so no hills to climb - marvellous!!!

Bungalow sounds good to me. Where abouts is the house? Does it have a sea view? I know a sea view always seems high on the priority list but I do know the novelty wears off and it doesn't seem as important as it is at the beginning. Doesn't bother me though. Is the pool private?

Re: Private Bungalow For Sale In Yalikavak
It's on the road to Sandima. Unfortunately it has NO sea view but, as you quite rightly said, the novelty probably would wear off.
Yes, the pool is private. The whole garden is walled so is totally contained.
No site fees - no politics - marvellous!
Cheers
