Villa for sale Gundogan & ODEK apartment Gulluck
Two years ago we purchased two properties, one in Gulluck at the Beach Residence, which is an ODEK development, the other at Sunrise in Gundogan, which was built by Tunali. They are both lovely properties and were intended to fund our retirement (still a few years away!!).
Unfortunately since then, I have had to give up work to look after an elderly relative with Alzheimer's. This means we are one salary down and one of them has to go......
We don't mind which, we love them both.
The Beach Residence is a 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment on the first floor. It has lovely views and overlooks the pool. It's a great rental or permanent home. We paid £91,000 for it and are looking for offers around that figure. We have the Deeds.
The second property is a two bedroom detached villa. It sits on top of the hill overlooking Gundogan and has the most amazing views. It is finished and ready to move into but we are waiting for the Deeds. We paid £79,500 and again are looking for offers.
Either of these properties are a great opportunity for someone. One persons loss is anothers gain...........
Finally does anyone know of a good estate agent who may be able to help?
I look forward to being part of this forum - after all we'll still have one property in Turkey so count ourselves very lucky!

We do have some photos but I'm not sure how to post them on this site .... or even if I can - I'm not that computer literate!!
They were sent to me in an email from the developer (Tunali), so if you send me a message with your email address I could forward them on to you (I can cope with that!!)

Hi Yvonne,
I hope all is well, you may not remember me but I was part of the team that sold you those two properties. I am really sorry to hear about your current circumstances and I hope things turn around. I will have a word with the local estate agents for you and see if I can help. The property in Gulluk is quite desireable and only last week I sold a top floor for 120k.
