Hi has anyone got a detached villa with 3/4 bedrooms and a safe garden for my dog for sale. Been looking for ages for a "perfect" place to live for when i come to Turkey this year. I dont want a new one as they dont have any character and would like it furnished please. A swimmingpool would be great but not a necessity.

I would rather it wasnt on a complex as want it quiet. A sea view would also be nice.

I know, i know i am picky but i know what i want when i see it. There are some lovely semi-detached but couldnt stand the noise of being next door to someone.

Please, please does anyone have anything with all the above.

I am looking for a bargain as dont want to spend too much

I have a character stone house for sale with private pool and totally enclosed courtyard garden. The courtyard walls are three metres high in places - I had to climb a very tall ladder to take the picture below. It's got lovely views and is in a pretty little village surrounded by pine forests.

I'm sorry its not a cheap place though, these stone houses are incredibly expensive to build and even more so if you want them suitable for all year round living with central heating and good electrics and all mod cons.

It's got three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two salons and was originally designed to be used as an art studio or pottery. It's in Kirazli village, 10km from Kusadasi, which is a traditional village with a few restaurants, three village stores, two butchers and a small weekly market.

It is tough to get something with lots of character because it is cheaper and quicker to build in normal blockwork, it took us 10 months to rebuild this house, working full time, and that was after six months planning it.

BTW it is fully furnished, everything from the paintings on the walls to the cafetiere in the kitchen to the adsl wifi router is included in the sale.

Have seen your property advertised on estate agents site and think its beautiful but i know it is too expensive for our first house over there. I remember seeing photographs of it before you did it up but not sure where. I was totally amazed at the end result.

Thanks, it is a lovely house and people really like it but we realise it is out of most budgets and we have to wait for the right person to come along.

We do offer people interest free stage payments though as sometimes that helps if they have a house somewhere else to sell.

Fortunately it is a home as well as being ready for sale and so we can enjoy living in it in the mean time, we've never been able to do that before as everything else we have built sold pretty quickly. We had a lovely two months in it after it was finished and now I can't wait to get back again and enjoy it in the Spring.
