We are selling our four bedroom semi-detached villa in the village of Sagtur near Mavesehir, where we have been very happy, as we are planning to buy land and build.

The villa is set in the small resort of Sagtur and has three beaches all within ten minutes walk of the house. We have been living here full time for a year and the area offers peace and quiet and a variety of wildlife and birds for those wishing for an idyllic spot. However within ten minutes on the dolmus you will be in the holiday hotspot of Altinkum, or for culture vultures, within five at the Apollon Temple. In the summer the dolmus passes the door every twenty minutes to Altinkum and also the Mavisehir night market.

In the Summer the village offers three Turkish cafes, a fish restaurant, 3 mini markets and the main beach has sun beds and umbrellas. Outside of this period you can walk on the secluded beaches and enjoy truly wonderfull views.

Beside the beach there is a five star hotel currently being constructed and this will greatly improve the infrastructure of the area and is expected to increase house values.

Ground floor: Open plan sitting room (large) with cast iron feature wood burning stove/kitchen with breakfast bar, wc/cloakroom, outside barbecue with sink and good storage areas, patio,cellar, tool store, garden with mature trees and car parking space. Outside useful enclosed shower.

First floor: Two good sized double bedrooms, family shower room with fitted furniture and room for a bath, outside wrap round balcony with door from master bedroom, enclosed airing cupboard with washing machine.

Second floor: Another good sized double bedroom, wc and a fourth bedroom currently used as an office with phone and asdl connection. Outside large sunterrace with views to the surrounding countryside and hills. Storage sheds for sunbeds etc.

The house also includes: Mosquito nets, partial air conditioning, Solar hot water heating with an electric switch for the winter,phone, asdl, digiturk connection, car parking, full wrought iron security grilles.

Hi ken and veronica, we also have a holiday apartment in sagtur, And i can confirm all that you have written to be true, we love the place we have past your place on many occations and the villa looks lovely, we have never regreted buying in this erea as you have the peice and quite of this area also the beach and night life only a bus ride away, We wish you every good luck with your sale only wish we had a little extra money to buy it.
