Hi all,
I am sadly selling my apartment in the Gundogan area (the Billurkent complex if anybody knows it). Please feel free to contact me for any further information you may require, I'll be more than happy to assist.

It is a 1 bedroom holiday apartment in the Gundogan area of Bodrum. The views from the apartment and complex are absolutely stunning, I'm extremely unhappy to be selling but I am realocating to the Netherlands from from the United Kingdom and need the funds to purchase a new property. Facilities on the complex include free-form swimming pool with waterfall, private residents beach with jettys, pool bar/snack bar, tennis court, restaurant, mini market, table tennis, reception desk, laundary and cleaning service.

The apartment will be sold fully furnished to a modern standard and will include, made to measure outdoor balcony sofa, table and chairs, double bed, built in double wardrobes, 2 x sofa beds in the lounge, fridge, fitted kitchen units with cooking hobbs, fully fitted bathroom including brand new (unused) shower, all fixtures and fittings. All complex management fees for gardening/poolcleaning/security etc is currently paid on the property to the end of 2008. ( Fees for these services are currently around £40.00 per month ). So you can have a summer of fun and relaxation without any bills.

The complex management service provide a rental service if you wish to rent the property out whilst you are not there, the current rental cost showing on heir website is 60 Euros per night during high season. The apartment is approximately 35 minutes from Bodrum airport and a transfer company bookable from the UK charges £11.00 pp each way.
