Hi, we are selling a beautiful semi detatched house in Sifne (close to Isliger near Cesme), the property over looks a beautiful bay and is 5 mins drive from the fabulours beach in isliger, there are three double rooms with a large bathroom, on the ground floor there is an open plan lounge, dinning and kitchen, and a self contained flat consisting of a double and twin, shower room/wc and lounge/kitchenette.

There are garends to three sides in a peaceful setting away from the road.

If you are interested please send me you email address and i will send you details.

depends on what your budget is and if you want to be close to a lively nightlife, or a quiet place; how close are restaurants and shops; do you need a car

Try Kusadasi (or out towards Davutlar - its all holiday or summer houses)

I would recommend you look through as many emlak websites as possible so you get an idea of whats available and at what cost

check out the distance from the airport (and if the airport is open all year round) as well as your own local airport

decide if its for you or for rental (see other threads on the rental market) as well as new-build or resale (again there are arguments for and against)

you can get both communal pool and near the sea.

then - look through all the threads on buying and make sure you understand the process and its pitfalls

finally - come and visit and enjoy the experience of buying then furnishing the place

good luck with it

Dalyan is a charming place to own a home. There are many properties available here with pools. Also the beautiful Iztuzu beach is only a 20min bus ride away.
If you want any advice just ask.
Good Luck

Hi Simon
Take a look at the house photograph to the left of this message.
3 bedrooms/ 3 bathrooms/ 2 roof terraces with sea views/ pool/6 minute walk to sea, restaurants etc so no need for car hire.
Brand new, built by architect builder so its a one-off, in the lovely village of Gundogan on the Bodrum peninsula

Re: WANTED propery in turkey

Hi, Have you tried Dalaman? It is the up and coming place to live. It is centrally located for visiting various different locations, it is close to the International airport which is open all year round. There are plenty of shops and restaurants. It has it's own beach and also Sarigerme is close by with it's Blue Flag beach. There are also plenty of villas and apartments for sale.
If you like I can put you in touch with a local agent who is also the local official translator and knows the legal side of buying and selling property inside out.
Hope this helps

Mashmutlar has some great places opposite the beach
For beaches you cant beat this area.
