There are two 2 bed villas for sale on our complex at Vardar Villas between Gumusluk and Yalikavak. Priced at £69,995 and they have fantastic sea views. They can be found on Ebay at item No. 150246804560. Built 2005/2006, the UK owners have recently taken over the management of this complex from the hopeless management imposed on us by the builder which has now enabled the original property investor owners of these two villas to advertise them for sale. The complex is in good order but we are working to make this one of the smartest complexes in the area. The build quality of the villas is very good. This is not a commercial sale.
