hi all
our 3 bed semi detached villa is now on the market
its rather a pretty 3 bed triplex in a good area and not on a complex so none of the issues that can dog some complexes.
the price is £67,500 so not over priced (next doors duplexes are less than £10,000 less, for an apt) , mains services are connected and the tapu is in our name .
obviously it has all the normal (solar hot water, double glazing etc etc) so if anybody would like more details please feel free to ask , we are in turkey so we can show it any time
