Land for sale near Mumcular
A friend of ours has two pieces of land for sale near to Mumcular, one piece is just outside of Etrim and is 6120 m2 the other is in Karanlik (again near to Etrim.) and is 5000 m2. I have tried to add photos but am having problems so if anyone is interested pm me and I will e-mail you pics of the land.
The 6120 m2 has road access and electricity/phone/water is all close by and has building permission for one house.
The 5000 m2 is within a village has road access, electricity and it's own well with drinkable water. Phone lines are close by. This land has permission for two 250 m2 properties to be built.
The price for each piece of land is 150,000 YTL.

Hi Sara.
Would you mind letting me know how you sold the land. I have some land opposite the new golf course in Tuzla and am looking to sell also, but not sure how/who to use.
