I want to sell my furnished 2 bedroomed apartments in bitez / bodrum for 55.000 GBP / each. ( ground floor and middle floor available ) The property price is 68.000 GBP but due to financial problems I want a quick sale.

What kind of occupancy rates were you getting?

Sorry if I'm a bit direct in my questioning, but I'm keen to know what kind of rates you would get for a property in Bitez that doesn't have a sea view.

What I'm looking for are the occupancy rates i.e. the number of weeks in the season that he actually had them let out.
