Yes I imagine that is a huge price difference......a 2 bed apartment in Turkey for a 3 bedroom in England.....!!!.....

absolutley not my friends 2 bed stone built in my area 2007 sold for 87k just bought it
valuation 56k house prices arecontinuing to fall,some say 30-20% in the next 12-18months across the uk in other words if you see aproperty you like take of 20 % and put your offer in, apart from london house prices are in for a consistant fall ,over the next12-18 months regardless of what your local estate agents might say,well they would woulnt they as for turkey property prices are steady theres a big differance between a pad in lancashire and turkey

yes but Zeytindali was for sale at around 85-95.000 ytl pff plan and the way property isnt moving, I think you'd be hard pressed to get more than 110.000 ytl, as many ads on emlak milliyet/other websites asking for 120.000 ytl and not moving. Even Zeytindali are asking 120.000 ytl for resales....
