yes apartment was advertised in 05 but decided to take it off market,
the apartment is in the heart of altinkum,2 mins to beach,bars restaurants,shopping centre etc,
price is reduced to 57000 sterling,
the apartment is fully furnished to a good standard ,24hr security
has full air con,lge jacuzzi,
large swimming pool ,
selling due to change in circumstances,

hi yes but only a couple of viewings
when we had it up for 65000
price is reduced to 57000 has excellent rental potential
these apartments rent out for 300 per week during summer months
2 mins to beach and everything on the doorstep
we did remove it from the market but have recently put it back on market
there is a couple of 2 beds available from the builder priced at 79000 unfurnished so someone will be getting a bargain at this price
