Re: 2 bedroomed royal apartments altinkum
That's a lot of money for a two bedroomed no matter where it is. The builder may well be selling for more money but he is still selling. The two apartments above us were on the market for around two years until the builder reduced the price and sold to Turks. We have just sold our two bed for just over half of that fully furnished. We have no pool but then we have no overheads and 5 mins to the beach. Good luck anyway.

Re: 2 bedroomed royal apartments altinkum
yes martin but as back here in uk you do pay for location
and large pool,
24hr security etc
who wants a ten min walk to beach etc in the heat of summer when you can just cross the road
i know there are cheaper apartments but you really do get what you pay for

Re: 2 bedroomed royal apartments altinkum
sensible offers invited,
excellent location, excellent rental potential,
these apartments currently are renting between 300 -400 pounds per week in high season,
ill health forces sale

Re: 2 bedroomed royal apartments altinkum
I know of 3 other Private sales on the Royal Blue Complex, all 2 bedroom, all with furniture, 1 at 45k and 2 at 50k so maybe yours is a little overpriced Shuey?

Re: 2 bedroomed royal apartments altinkum
hi
mrs who,
i think you are getting mixed up with the location,
my apartment is the royal apartments complex in altinkum,
very close to dolphin square,
beach is across the road, opposite what used to be the kalyon restaurant,
good price for the location

Re: 2 bedroomed royal apartments altinkum
Chris, I also think your price is against you. I apprecite your location/facilities etc, but the market for overseas sales is slow, and at your original price of £65,000 a buyer could get a triplex semi-d villa (I know exactly where your complex is, BTW).
Even £57k is a bit steep for a 2 bed - I believe there were 2 bed apts in this complex around the £35k price when first sold. People do take that into consideration.
also the fact you are only there sporadically means that viewings are less frequent - perhaps list it with an agent on a no sell, no fee basis?
You may have to accept that you either lower your price, or hang on to it, till there is a bit more vigour in the UK economy.
Good luck with it anyway!

Re: 2 bedroomed royal apartments altinkum
thanks for your comments
i certainly paid more than 35k off plan
if it is not sold this season i will be renting it out from next season
as the rental income is excellent in this location,
it is open to sensible offers fully furnished
everything is still as new
not been rented out
so all in good order

Re: 2 bedroomed royal apartments altinkum
Have you advertised it for sale on ebay? I found the apartment I intend to buy from ebay. Not sure many people use ebay to look for a property but one thing is for sure, if you do go for it you will be one of only a few listings for property in Turkey/Altinkum so it will get noticed!
