sorry to be a party pooper, but despite the fact the furniture is hardly used, it is still second hand, as it has been used to some degree. given that a brand new furniture package, with all bells and whistles for a 2 bed can be got for around £2,000 if you are building anymore than this into your price then this may be where you are going wrong. furniture in turkey can be got really cheap, and technically your furniture is second hand, so personally I wouldn't look for more than half of what you paid for it, and def no more than £2000.
Maybe dicount the furniture from the price, and offer it at a lower price - then if you get an offer, you can make a deal on the furniture if the buyer wants to take it?

Tell you what Shuey, if you sell that for 57k I'll treat you to a night on the town.
The reasons I say this have mostly been covered, but also I'm not as convinced as you are about the rental potential. I know the complex, and I admit that it is in a great location, but the rental competition is fierce in Altinkum. I can't imagine the apartment getting booked solidly at 300 quid a week.
People want a lot for their money at the moment, and if you are determined to stick to the 57k asking price I think it'll be on the market a long time yet.
