Re: 2 bedroomed royal apartments altinkum
hi bob,
its been on and off the market a while,
we have had a few viewings over the time its been for sale,
but yesterday we had 2 viewings and both wanted to buy it,
so today our agent has informed us one of them has put a substantial deposit down to secure it,
contracts have been drawn up this morning,
i think the only reason we got our asking price is because of the location,
and the complex is well maintained, with a big pool and large sunbathing areas,
there are buyers out there bob,
but we have had to be patient,
good luck trying to sell yours

l find this amazing. You have the property on the market for such a long period of time, then suddenly more then one party turn up with interest.lt reminds me of the on the buses series in the 70's,you wait for one, then later they all show up.Well done Shuey!,.And don't forget to take up Pete's offer, but on your terms. The Hilton Hotel sounds appropriate for such an occasion
