Thanks Merv but all the photos etc are in my UK PC ..... İ dont have a lead for my camera here plus İ want to market the package at home now as its been on the market a year... Family were going to buy but unforseen circumstances stopped that.. İve resigned myself to having to wait or bring out more funds in April now so if it sells fine if not..........

Re: Selling my Villa in Altinkum

Hiya Folks anyone really interested in buying our Villa which is situated in the now very desirable "Hunter Valley" one of the first areas to have fully functional drainage and sewers in Altinkum. Plus we are going to be the test area for Tarmac (or whatever the Turkish people car it?) I know everyone on here have their own places but if you know of someone who wants a bargain very large Villa thats furnished with quality furniture aaand with many many extras...

Re: Selling my Villa in Altinkum

Ian stand by for a NEWS FLASH Lots of Brits will try to sell very soon believe me! I have been told by several that they are disenchanted with Altinkum and the social problems, also they find being so far away when things go pear shaped the stress is just not worth it. However Ian Karen & I just want to buy a place where we dont have to used stairs all the time and for that reason alone we have decided to drop our price below what we have laid out to date. The pity is I have found an ideal piece of land and a selection of well recommended buildrs who will build a bungalow for us.. So its looking like we will just have to bring out more funds in the spring and be the owner of two properties for a while which wont be as bad as having two here in the UK at least the overheads out there are still low (currently that is!) Its a great pity as the Villa is great in its position amount of space facilities within an 8 minute walk etc plus a pool shared with only my 3 neighbours fuuly furnished to a high standard ready to open the door plonk down your case put on the kettle and Walah!!! Holidays begin...lol...

STOP PRESS!!! We have decided to reduce the price now to less than we actually paid as we have the land available to build our bungalow, so the total package including extras added since advert was laid out initially is now £65,000. This price is only on the condition we sell before April 2006 as the land deal ends then, if not sold then it will revert to the £75,000 initially asked..
