I know its not what you want to here Duke, but I think you just have to be patient. I think you might be better (if you've got the resources) to buy the other plot and build your bungalow now and wait for the villa to sell in its own time. Your understandable desperation to sell may put many people off, and of course its not the best time of year to sell anyway. I reckon you'd be better selling it at its real value and waiting for that buyer to come along. I hope the villa sells for you anyway, best of luck !

Oh Duke, I wish you didnt have to sell at a reduced rate. Hang in there. If i come across anyon looking for a place in altinkum, I will definately steer them in your direction. It looks like a lovely villa. good luck

Thanks everyone for the good and valued advice which I have taken on board, however I will wait till April then I will certainly return the price to its correct market value of £75K. Also I have plans in hand to purchase a second property but alas I cannot fund the new build bungalow but the land is now secured and will stay barren until my dream is a reality.
So until then everyone have a a great 2006 as Im determined to do so and will be in Bodrum as of April 15th see you then Pebbles... Coffee??

Well this item has gone cold which isnt what Karen & I want but I have decided to sell if the three interested parties decide to buy! However if it doesnt go in the first three weeks in May it will be £75k fully furnished. I am in Bordum till May 14th so wil be available to anyone who would like to view after that date....
