The second car will not be an every day driver. Just something to have "FUN" with. Thats why I used the "smiles per gallon" quote. Not worried about fuel consumption. It like the VW beetle but in performance form. I am not sure about modified vehicle in Turkey. What will and will not pass inspection.

Hey Welcome to TLF!

First off glad to see the Motorsports and Motors in general getting some activity on the forum. I first came to your thread as I thought a new motoring program called 'Any Gear' had come to replace the popular british 'Top Gear' motoring program!

In US yes so many big horsepower cars and big V6's V8...and petrols is so much cheaper than in Turkey.

Regards modded cars I've seen quite a few of them around...some are just purely cosmetic with alloys, wide rims etc some seem to have undergone more work under the bonnet and have uprated exhausts.

Go have fun with whichever car you chose for your second car!! (More fun with a gear (stick).

Sometimes in autos the setting from how quick they upshift thru the range can take a while if you want a quick reaction.

Enjoy!!

Newhorizon. Have not heard of this Anygear program. What have you heard. Just started to get into top gear when I moved here and needed to learn of Euro cars.

No there isn't an Any Gear program I'm aware of..its just when I saw the title of your thread after UK's Top Gear program has been in the news and discussed on this forum see here: Jeremy Clarkson suspended
I thought it was a replacement for Top Gear!

Thanks. Just heard the whole crew may jump ship to another station and take the same format with them. Just speculation of course.
