It is going to be 2% per cash withdrawal so they know what they can do I shall use my HSBC account which has allowed me to pay only £5 per transaction so I just have to do it only once a month

according to their website Turkey is still one of the countries where no charge is incurred, the article doesn't specify which countries are affected, try this link to the article
