Internet Banking

Not only do we have to remember passwords/memorable places/mothers maiden name/first school etc we also have to have card readers, pin numbers sent to us via our mobiles and the latest one I have received today is a Grid reader. It is a full time job just doing on-line banking these days!!

Re: Internet Banking

I agree Rosemary, problem is every time the Banks bring in a new security feature someone manages to breach it, so they have to find something else. Where will it end I wonder?

l agree, if you've got quite a few accounts AND they keep asking you to regularly change your pin ! l have to write them down somewhere or l'd never remember them all !! then l have to hide them somewhere....trouble is l don't always remember where l've hidden them ! ( blonde / menopausal and well over 50 you know !! ) my excuse anyway :-)

Re: Internet Banking

I agree, bit of a pain but I'd rather go through all that than give some hacker easy access to my money. I rather like the Turkish idea of texting you a one time use pin to your mobile, at least that's one you don't have to remember lol.
