Re: virus

If you knew you hadn't ordered anything, why did you open the email???

Re: virus

cos I did not know if somebody had hacked into my account
what a daft answer

Re: virus

It wasn't meant to be a 'daft answer' i just thought that generally it's best not to open any email you're suspicious of (eg one telling you about an order you never made)

Go on, be honest, you thought there might be a administrative mix up and a nice new ipad could be dropping through your letter box any day now!

I must admit if I had an email from Amazon telling me about my order I would check especially as I pay with one click. I would be worried as you say that someone could have hacked into my account and bought themselves that shiny new ipad!

Re: virus

If I get emails like that I wouldn't open them, I would as in that case sign into Amazon via my browser directly and never use the link provided in the email.
