Turkey also has a reciprocal arrangement with the HM customs so not a haven.

So true. Every account and transaction they are interested in (e.g. bank and house sales) is shared with every Tax Authority in Europe and has been for many years. No hiding place here, or any other EU country.

You should have advised Mr Junker, seems Luxembourg missed that bit of legislation , Specsavers comes to mind. Now he is President of the EU, he wants to tattoo every leader with the rules on tax evasion.
