Re: Jeremy Corbyn possible reshuffle of Shadow Cabinet

A person does not need to be elected in order to influence debate and to bring about change , after all Labour was unelectable before Blair's crushing defeat of the conservatives , time after time.

I dont know of any rule that precludes Labour MP's Lords or whatever using private schooling , just as no one seems to care if Tories use state schools , as do many , although the media pretends it is Tory policy , which it is not.

I don't know of any 'rule' either Steve , but surely you're not endorsing the "Do as I Say, Not as I Do" "Doff your Cap" mentality & hypocrisy that's being exercised here.

I had hoped those days were behind us

I still wonder why the Labour party are held to a standard that Tories are not. Geese and ganders to me.

They are all thieves and liars Steve. The only difference is that the libtards think they have the higher moral ground.

I would agree that Labour are unelectable at the moment. With the current mood of the country their immigration policy will gain few votes for one thing.

Anyway Keir Starmer ( previously Director of Public Prosecutions)has just been called a second rate lawyer by the pompous Ian Duncan Smith in the Commons.

Just my point really. No real constructive debate allowed on the future prosperity of our country by this bunch of hard Brexiteers.

Just abuse to close it all down.
We've always respected healthy opposition. It makes everyone think more carefully for one thing.
Not anymore it seems.
And..... No I am not referring to a second referendum!
We are leaving the EU but we want the best terms possible, whatever they maybe.
