It would appear your above comments regarding UKIP MEP's never voting is incorrect as this website monitors voting records by MEP

Re: BREXIT - What now ?

It kind of works like many Parliaments, the result on many issues are known before the actual vote even takes place.
What Jeremy Paxman's programme showed was the fault line between Brussels & Strasbourg. Debated in Brussels, amendments added by the time voting takes place in Strasbourg, hardly any MEPs reads all the amendments because there's so many.
There's many good things about the EU but many is just not good enough, too focused on one or two countries & in the process draining & straining others.
We hear about these huge trade deals that favour some but we don't hear about the costs to others.............but hey, thats the way the EU rolls.

Do not know of brexiteers being concerned with EU once we leave. I'm not.

Possibly along the lines of the news headline which said

'Fog in channel, continent cut off'.

Reportedly 8 million people live in London, there were plenty there who also voted leave BUT remain was the majority..........it was though a UK vote & not a "London only" affair, even in London 1.5 million people voted to leave the EU, 2.3 million voted to remain. We would rue the day that London's business ruled the whole of the UK.
I love the way 5000 job losses in London post Brexit is supposed to be a positive spin
