Re: Syria

Inconvenient because it demolishes your guff but certainly on topic as we are told that this was a matter of taking a stand against those who slaughter innocents

Re: Syria

This penchant for diversion from the deeds of an evil dictator to self flagellation is difficult to understand...

Re: Syria

Just a thought but if TM jumped the hoop because of Trumps call........how does that work over Macron/France involvement? Do they deserve the same flak that TM & the British are getting?

I think that Macron is a fella who hasn't grown up yet. He was quick to beat the British to it on this occasion and desperate to be noticed on the international stage.

I don't think it was about beating the British to anything myself, more like seeing the evidence & coming to the same conclusion. Not sure if he didn't do it without going to the French Parliament first either.

It would be interesting to know how it went down in France. What I meant about beating the British to it was that he came out very quickly and declared that he was going to Join with Trump. That was while May was still deliberating.

As regards to him havng seen the evidence, I don't believe that anybody has seen the evidece yet.

Re: Syria

Nothing will be provable, the Russians are good at this, many assassinations, shooting down civilian aircraft, poisoning people, nothing sticks. Just point blank denial. No evidence whatsoever, and there never will be.

You don't commit war planes on a whim, as for evidence? Well something must've been there because Macron alone never made that decision for France, like May he would've had advisors. I believe it was trilateral talks US/UK/France, UK & France IMO couldn't just have a phone call with Trump and decide there & then, bit more to it than that I reckon, a "I will get back to you" number.
