If it takes the monitoring of ALL religious institutions to help clamp down on radicalisation then...............get on with it.
Which brings us to the question so often avoided,

What are the root causes of the attacks on our countries ?

What can be done to prevent these causes continuing ?

As colonising powers, we traveled the World, taking over and attacking countries as we saw fit, because, they couldn't hit us back at home.
Now they can, and do, so we either accept it as the downside of our way of doing "business" or we alter our " business" model to suit a new world.
Or we can ignore the causes and blame it all on religion and "Mad Mullahs", drop more bombs and create even more hatred.
Think Northern Ireland, how the troubles were perceived 30 years ago and how we view things today. Much to be learned there.

Oh without a doubt in my mind the Iraq War was the opening of Pandora's Box. I think if I was an Iraqi I might be thinking, "OK it is was about oil but why bomb the living daylights out of us to get it"? I wonder how many years it will take for any side to forgive anyone. I dare say those who live in it or through it must've felt they had gone through WW3............so how long did it take the Germans to be forgiven for WW2?

A serious start needs to be taken for the West to take control of the West itself, if you cant sort your homelands security out then don't try & sort other countries out.

I am not a fan of football but i remember this guy, an example of how mine enemy becomes mine friend. This story gives me encouragement for the future.

Re: French shooting

Do all politicans have the SAME handbook for excuses? "I did nothing wrong", why resign then?
