Re: Oxfam

Perhaps they were just trying to boost the regional economy, by availing themselves to local goods and services.

No argument to put forward , Tony Blair , Tony Blair , well May has been either home sec or Pm for nearly ten years , nothing said about the church and paedohiles , but hypocritically slagging off Oxfam . then i suppose tha Oxfam do not have Lordships spritiual for her to bum up with .

I do wonder about you , all you have is Tony Blair , rotherham sex scandal , nothing about the dozens of sex scandals elsewhere , nothing about Oxfordshire , David Camerons constituency , sex gangs occurring whilst he was both MP and PM .

You whine on about irrelevancies as you have nothing else to offer , my you do remind me of a previous forum member .

So Oxfam gets tanked and church movements full of convicted and unconvicted paedos sail on.

Hypocrisy , both you and her .

Oxfam need to look at why they employed people stupid enough to have sex with prostitues in Haiti full stop. At one time AIDS was rife there.

Your local Labour Party must love you bringing up Labour dirty past which they would prefer everyone to forget

You have forgotten famous wesel words from your former leader

I would never do anything to harm the country or anything improper. I think most people who have dealt with me think I'm a pretty straight sort of guy, and I am.

We do, as a new Government, have to be extremely careful after 18 years in opposition. A lot of people who worked for us, they then go on and work for the lobby firms. I think we have to be very careful with people fluttering around the new Government, trying to make all sorts of claims of influence, that we are purer than pure, that people understand that we will not have any truck with anything that is improper in any shape or form at all.

Re: Oxfam

Nothing to do with the issues , the paucity and prejudice of your posts never cease to amuse and amaze . Your post has nothing to do with Oxfam , does it ?

" Weasel words " another slip methinks .

esb1841 as usual , nothing relevant to the subject matter .

Pure uninformed prejudice .

Ex-Oxfam staffer in Blair arrest attempt
08 October 2003 , Be the First to Comment

A former Oxfam worker was arrested at the Labour party conference last week after attempting to carry out a citizen's arrest on Tony Blair for war crimes in Iraq.

Ian Brown confronted the Prime Minister as he came into the Bournemouth International Centre to deliver his conference speech.

Brown, who was Oxfam country representative in Zaire in the mid-1990s, shouted: "Mr Blair, this is a citizen's arrest for war crimes against the Iraqi people." He was then hauled away by police.

He was held in a cell for three hours and threatened with a charge of being drunk and disorderly before being released without charge. He told Third Sector he had drunk one pint of beer.

"Blair prosecuted an illegal war, which wasn't sanctioned by the UN," he said. "I made my point."

No slips from me
But I happy to remind you of Labour sleezy past

If foreign aid and charity work abroad is so effective why are so many migrants trying to get to UK and Europe by any means possible?

Another slip , but not a thing to do with the subject as usual .

Tony Blair , Labour Party , by deliberately leaving out others you cover up their complicity , Proud to help cover ups are you ?

Shameful .
