Where, America or your host country? Give people credit Jaycey, many people do their homework before voting. In just about every country election fever is in everyone's faces from TV, newspapers & social media platforms. All of us consider we have made an informed decision.........the fact that it doesn't suit others means a government gets Opposition.

Informed decisions based on what? TV, newspapers & social media propaganda?

I wonder how many Brexit voters were influenced by the prospect of 350m for the NHS.

Well I don't know any but I don't go around asking but pray tell us, just how do people make up their minds prior to voting? How does the person on the street find out if their politicians are corrupt.............just walk up & ask them? No, they rely on the TV debate, newspapers & social platforms, then they decide. Do you do it differently?

Regardless of anything else I refuse to vote for a MP that does not live within the Constituency, how else are they going to know and see what's going on around us.

Well if the only candidate in my area who actually lived here was a Lib Dim, this fella wouldn't be voting at all.

They can shut down what they like but its odds on that your President will be out the door at the next election.............

We are not too far away from social media platforms winning elections for Parties.

I mean like anywhere & anyone who has access to the internet. Or maybe you think that recent elections across Europe had no social platform input?

Somewhat strange that when it comes to politics & comments on these platforms they get them shut down. Yet, they struggle to shut down jihadists sites. We are told that they shut one down & five more pop up within hours, shut FB & there's still plenty of other platforms to operate on.

I have no doubt but that both Brexit & the US elections were influenced and I have already expressed my opinions on here.
