TBH I do feel for this woman who has just passed away & any other innocents caught up in the whole affair. The spy though, if it was/is the Russians...........its part part of the job, obviously the method was OTT, nonetheless the killing or attempt is no more than any other State would do to someone considered to be a traitor & "still at it".

It was intimated that Novichok (or whatever) could be produced without lab facilities.

You then posted an article where ricin was the toxin. Admittedly ricin/cyanide etc can be produced relatively easily from apricot/plum kernels but you’d need some 10,000 of them to get a single lethal dose. Novichok is a different matter entirely.

British Defense Chief Says Russian 'Attack' Led to Woman's Death

“Britain’s defense chief has said that a Russian “attack” led to the death of a mother of three who was exposed to the same nerve agent that put former spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter in the hospital, while the Kremlin said it would be “absurd” to blame Moscow…”

Re: Spying is a very dangerous game.

Curious? The police now believe that the bottle was picked up in the park where the Skripals were found. But, there has never been any suggestion that the Skripals were poisoned in that park, the park was just where they ended up. The police have always stated with certainty that they were poisoned with toxin on their house door handle.

So we now have a scenario where the poisoner applies poison to the house doors, then walks miles to the park to throw away the bottle - why not just drop it down a street drain or put it in a bin? Just coincidence that the park is where the Skripals also walk to end up in a coma.

And another thing - they have a man - Charlie Rowley - who is in possession of the murder weapon, but he is not treated as a suspect, but a victim. His partner is also killed when in his company, but he is not in handcuffs. Where else would that happen?

Re: Spying is a very dangerous game.

This article states that the perfume bottle was found and taken back to their home, and she sprayed the equivalent of TEN TIMES the dose suffered by Yulia Skripal directly on her skin.
IMO she didn't stand a chance of surviving.
